"Ideas, imagination and empathy are so important to business because art mirrors human nature in that it is both rational and emotive. Creativity reflects upon our experience and encourages our imagination. Executives who recognize and encourage the power of that bond will invite teams like ours to the table."
Combining executive marketing experience from both sides of the Atlantic and on both sides of the aisle - agency and client - Caroline has proven business instincts combined with keen creative intelligence. She is a proponent of ideas that drive business, a believer in the power of words and the potency of great design.
Caroline's disciplined, clear-sighted creativity evolved as a London-based marketing executive, where she led a team that developed product line brands and drove sales for distiller William Grant & Sons International and Randall's Brewery, at the same that she was building a brand for private banking division of the Australia New Zealand Bank. With clients ranging in diversity from purveyors of spirits to global banking and offshore trusts, Caroline faced approach-to-market challenges in many unique markets and tackled implementation obstacles as various as the audiences she served.
In 1998, drawn by the emergent growth of new media and content, she joined a boutique Philadelphia creative agency where she assumed management duties in 2000.
As digital cable and Internet revolutionized the content industry, Caroline led brand and content development for the Rainbow Media Group. She worked on distribution campaigns for the Turner Networks and Galavision. And she played a key leadership role in launching new broadband products for high-speed Internet, digital cable, on demand services, HD TV and DVR on behalf of Comcast and Cablevision. Other happy clients included legacy brand Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, top ten health system Penn Medicine and tween cellular brand Kajeet.
Caroline brings clients a rare blend of acute business instinct and irrepressible creativity. It is at least in part, her tenacity for meeting objectives equaled only by her passion for the integrity of design and the relevance of ideas, that makes Karma's clients sleep better at night.
